Li Fuming, male, was born in October 1964 in Linxian, Shanxi province. He is now Deputy Party Secretary of Shanxi University and a senior engineer with an on-the-job master's degree.
September 1981-July 1985: Studied food engineering at Zhengzhou Grain College
September 1988-August 1990: Studied at the Engineering Management College of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China
September 1994: Joined the Communist Party of China
October 2000-February 2002: Served as Deputy Party Secretary and Principal of Taiyuan Grain Technical School
February 2002-September 2005: Served as deputy director of the management committee of the Taiyuan High-Tech Zone
March 2004-June 2006: Studied business administration at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics
September 2005-December 2010: Served as director of the management committee of the Changzhi High-Tech Zone
March 2008-July 2010: Studied public management at Tsinghua University
December 2010-January 2016: Served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics
January 2016-October 2018: Served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Shanxi University
October 2018— Served as Deputy Party Secretary of Shanxi University
