Pony Ma: Internet companies should further cultivate Chinese market
馬化騰：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)需深耕中國(guó)市場(chǎng)

Pony Ma, chairman and CEO of Tencent Holdings Ltd, said to media during the third WIC that Chinese internet industry's development has distinct Chinese characteristics.
騰訊公司董事長(zhǎng)兼CEO馬化騰在第三屆世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)上對(duì)媒體表示，中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展具有明顯的中國(guó)特色。

"In the long march to build China into an internet power, Chinese internet companies should not just be a spectator but have the responsibility to contribute their powers," he said.
馬化騰稱，“在建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)的長(zhǎng)征路上，民族互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)不應(yīng)該只是旁觀者，而是有責(zé)任也有義務(wù)為建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。”

"There are many Chinese mobile internet products and services leading in the world. As recent media reports, even Silicon Valley has begun to learn from innovations in Chinese internet."
“中國(guó)還有不少移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)在國(guó)際上領(lǐng)先，最近就有媒體報(bào)道硅谷也開(kāi)始模仿中國(guó)的一些互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用和創(chuàng)新。”

Ma said Chinese market is large and deep enough for internet companies to focus on and he is confident that Chinese companies are competitive players in international mobile internet market.
馬化騰指出，中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)非常大，也足夠深，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)仍需專(zhuān)注于中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，他對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)在國(guó)際上的創(chuàng)新能力很有信心。
