China liaising with US on Trump visit

A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry has confirmed that Beijing and Washington are still in communication regarding United States President Donald Trump's visit to China.
Trump had previously said his planned visit to China would not be affected by the US-Israeli war against Iran.
"Regarding President Trump's visit to China, the two sides are maintaining communication on this matter," Guo Jiakun said at a daily press briefing in Beijing when asked about the visit.
