Alongside State-owned enterprises, the campaign has attracted leading private firms, higher education institutions, research institutes, and major medical institutions. Employers are offering competitive packages, with more than 30,000 positions paying annual salaries of 200,000 yuan ($28,100) to 1 million yuan, while top R&D roles exceed that figure.
