Kyiv -- Several powerful explosions sounded in the Ukrainian capital on Thursday during the air raid alert, the government-run Ukrinform news agency reported.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on Telegram that the air defense was active in the city.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that a combat drone was heading towards kyiv.
