Industrial transfers were carried out in an orderly manner
In 2022, technology contracts from Beijing to Tianjin and Hebei totaled 35.69 billion yuan, with the overall amount exceeding 210 billion yuan. Tianjin has introduced 1,406 new institutions and 318 new major projects invested in by Beijing. Hebei and 11 other technology transfer institutions, including the National Technology Transfer Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, have jointly built platforms such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative transformation center for scientific and technological achievements.
