Iran's IRGC seizes S.Korean tanker over 'environmental breach'

TEHRAN -- A South Korean oil tanker was seized on Monday by Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) in the Gulf over a "breach of environmental protocols," Iran's semi-official news agency ISNA reported.
