China will hold a video conference with more than 10 European countries on Thursday night to share its experience in tackling the novel coronavirus outbreak, Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang announced.

Since the outbreak of the virus, Europe has lent essential support to China, and it is facing an ever more serious challenge by the virus itself now, Geng said on Wednesday.

China hopes to share its experience with Europe and provide support to European countries to the best of its ability, Geng said.
