Xi's special envoy to attend Panamanian presidency handover ceremony

BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Han Changfu, also minister of agriculture and rural affairs, will attend the Panamanian presidency handover ceremony in Panama City, scheduled from June 30 to July 1.

The envoy is to attend the ceremony at the invitation of the Panamanian government, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said Thursday.
