Is it right to ban dogs from walking during daytime?

Banning dogs from walking on leashes during the daytime is not an absurd policy in any way shape or form because a dog on a leash can still bite a baby or young child on the face and possibly kill them. Dogs in public spaces are a public safety issue. And it’s not just children that are in danger when dogs are allowed in public spaces but the rest of us too. If a dog on a leash walks past you it can easily bite you. Another thing is that dogs leave dog droppings all over the place and it is not good enough to require owners to pick it up because dog owners cannot be trusted but on top of that it is impossible for the dog owner to pick up the dog droppings without leaving some kind of stain behind if the dog went on concrete especially if the dropping is not very solid.

Also dogs bark a lot and not only is that annoying but it can also be scary especially for young children. We also have to worry about dogs pulling the leash from their owners’ hands which happens all the time. So the only sensible policy is to ban dogs from public spaces. I would like to see dogs banned from public spaces altogether not just during the day. Owners should buy treadmills for their dogs and let them walk on those like at the start of the cartoon The Jetsons. Banning dogs from public spaces is the way of the future and future generations will think it is absurd that they were allowed dogs to annoy and endanger citizens in public spaces in the past.
