South Koreans at a railway station in Seoul watch a
television broadcasting file footage of a previous nuclear test performed by
North Korea Monday, October 9, 2006. North Korea said Monday it has performed
its first-ever nuclear weapons test, which would confirm that the country has a
working atomic bomb as it has long claimed. The writing on the screen read
