Maoxuewang red hot pot
The main ingredients include duck blood, pork, bean sprouts, potatoes, pig intestines and more. Mala broth is precooked for about 10 minutes till boiling. Then all raw ingredients are put into it. Each ingredient will take on its own texture after bubbling in the rich, thick broth.
