On the "Contact Us" page of its official website, the telephone hotline and contact email are listed as "0830-xxxxxx" and xxxxxx@163.xxx respectively. This cryptic information have left web users perplexed. A netizen left a comment saying, "OK, so how should I dial it?"

The Bureau is not alone. Several governmental websites of Jiangyang district also had fake "Contact Us" pages, which sent readers back to the home page when clicked.
