Highlights of the policies:

Non-local residents should provide proof of at least one year's personal social security insurance payment in the city, to purchase their first home. Single adults with a local "hukou" are prohibited from purchasing a second home. It reiterated its policy announced on Sep 25 that local residents are not allowed to purchase a third home and non-locals should not purchase a second home.
