O'Neal finished 13-of-16 from the field and added nine rebounds. Williams shot 9-for-13 and Eddie Jones had 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Heat, who won their fifth straight overall, 11th in a row at home and moved within 2 1/2 games of Washington for the Southeast Division lead.
Kevin Garnett had 23 points and 11 rebounds and Ricky Davis added 21 points for Minnesota, which lost for the seventh time in nine games.
Rockets 112, Nets 91
Tracy McGrady scored 34 points and Yao Ming had 24 points and 13 rebounds in his first home game since returning from a leg injury to lead Houston.
Bostjan Nachbar went 4-for-7 from 3-point range and scored a career-high 29 points for the Nets, who've lost four in a row.
Warriors 99, Clippers 89
Baron Davis had 25 points, seven rebounds and three assists, and host Golden State gained valuable ground on Los Angeles in the playoff chase.
Reserve Matt Barnes added 16 points and eight rebounds as the Warriors withstood a late Los Angeles rally to pull within 1 1/2 games of the Clippers in the run for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference with their first three-game winning streak since November.
Corey Maggette scored 20 points and Cuttino Mobley added 15 for the Clippers.
Suns 104, Hornets 103
Amare Stoudemire had 18 points and 11 rebounds, and Phoenix withstood a last-minute surge by visiting New Orleans to hand the Hornets their fourth loss in a row.
David West and Devin Brown scored 19 points apiece. Jannero Pargo added 15 points and Chris Paul 14 for the Hornets.
Celtics 118, SuperSonics 103
Al Jefferson had 31 points and 16 rebounds, and Paul Pierce added 21 points for host Boston.
Ray Allen led Seattle with 22 points, but scored just four in the second half. Earl Watson and Nick Collison each added 17 points for the SuperSonics, who lost their second straight.
Hawks 106, Grizzlies 105
Josh Smith scored 20 points, including the go-ahead three-point play with 11.5 seconds left, and Atlanta handed visiting Memphis its sixth straight loss.
It was Atlanta's second consecutive win after losing six in a row. Memphis has lost nine of 10 and has the worst record in the NBA at 15-48. Mike Miller had 22 of his 29 points in the second half for the Grizzlies, who have lost nine of 10.
