Jennifer Lopez sex tapes to become public record next week

Jennifer Lopez has done everything in her power to prevent her ex-husband Ojani Noa from cashing in on their former marriage. Specifically, she has been trying to prevent sex tapes featuring the couple from being seen by the general public. It looks like all her efforts have been in vain. Noa will be submitting the videos to the court next week. While Noa won't capitalize off this method, he'll still have gotten the videos out there. Once submitted to the court, the videos will be enterd into open court record next week, which means that the media and the public will be able to get their hands on them.
Noa's attorney, Ed Meyer, said:
"Jennifer Lopez does not want the home videos to be entered into the open court record, where the media and the public can get copies of them and watch or share them. I will be filing the videos into the public court record on Monday."
J.Lo. filed a $10 million lawsuit against Noa in early November after he came forward wit the tapes, which are said to have been filmed on the couple's 1997 honeymoon. On November 9, a California judge issued a restraining order on the footage, pending the Dec. 1 hearing.
Noa, who was married to Lopez for 11 months, commented:
"She is not being fair, she s trying to stop me from moving on with my life."
The National Enquirer has reported that it has seen 11 hours of Noa's video footage. Some of the highlights of the video reportedly include:
A scene with Lopez checking herself out in front of a bathroom mirror, clad in just a bra and panties. An embarassing, ugly arguement between Jennifer and her mom. J.Lo. jumping on a motorcycle in a short dress and no underwear. Noa, however, dismisses the notion that his movie is a sex tape of Lopez:
"The movie is not something sexual."
Judge Chalfant didn't give Lopez everything she wanted. He declined to prevent the media from airing the racy footage if any of the news or entertainment outlets were to get ahold of it. Get your DVRs ready.
