In order to address the concerns of local market players, Liangjiang New Area in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality issued 30 policies related to market entry, project investment, real estate registration, taxation, government services, financial services, market order, and corporate services.
In a bid to create a more effective and transparent market entity entry environment, Liangjiang took the initiative to launch pilot zones for the intelligent application of business licenses. In addition, relevant officials will come to new market entities directly for business registration, giving enterprises more autonomy.
The quote review procedures for industrial estates will be further simplified, and the whole review process will be monitored.
Taxes and fees involved in real estate registration will have a unified application date, saving time for tax payers dealing with different kinds of taxes.
The government will regulate the patent agent market, and raise the transparency level of government procurement, so as to ensure a fair market.
