A new science and finance service platform jointly developed by the Chongqing Northern New Industrial District and Chongqing Born Group went online on May 14.

The platform acts as a professional public service which aims to serve enterprises based in Chongqing. The platform is expected to serve and promote Chongqing’s high-tech industry, according to a senior staff member from the administrative committee of Chongqing Northern New Industrial District.

At present, there are more than 10 financial associations providing financial services through the platform, including the Bank of Chongqing and the Industrial Bank Corporation.

The platform also aims to attract more financial associations and law firms to the service to help Chongqing's small scaled businesses solve financing problems, according to the operation director of the platform.
