The first gathering of the Beijing venture capital and innovative service alliance was held on August 4 in Beijing. The preparatory work report of the alliance, its rules, the selection method of its first council and board of supervisors, and regulations regarding dues collection having been passed, the first council and the board of supervisors were chosen. Wang chaoyong, the president of China Equity Group, was selected as the first director. Wang Xiaobo, general manager of Beijing E-Town Capital, was chosen to be the deputy director and the founder of Beijing Kuaichuang College. Yin lizhi was designated the alliance’s secretary general.

Innovative entrepreneurship needs a good social environment and complete supporting facilities to provide resources for entrepreneurs and help them solve problems. "Open, Innovation, Cooperation, Development" is the purpose of the Beijing venture capital and innovative service alliance. It will be a platform for entrepreneurs, investment organizations, and third-party service providers to improve the skills of entrepreneurs and lay a solid foundation for core competitiveness. E-Town Capital, as the financing platform of the Beijing Economic and Development area and the initiator of the alliance, will try to create an investment platform to build a multi-win ecological chain.
The alliance will strengthen the sharing of resources and make the innovative services of the Beijing Economic and Development Area more wildly available to innovative entrepreneurship projects.
