The China Financial Information Building will be known as the central Lujiazui Financial Center. It is located east of Dongyuan Road, south of the Shanghai Aquarium and north of Binjiang Main Road. It covers 6,000 square meters of land and has 69,000 square meters of overall construction. It will be completed at the end of 2013.

The building serves as a key financial information platform for Xinhua News Agency and headquarter of Xinhua 08, a financial service platform, in Shanghai. The China Financial Information Building is a multifunctional building with services covering data collection, publishing and mining, as well as development of index products. It provides real-time financial and security information and data.
