Jiangsu Dewei Advanced Materials Co Ltd is a new and high technology enterprise specializing in the research, development and production of polymer material for wires and cables. The products of the company are widely applied in the fields of wire and cable, home appliance and electronics, auto parts and medical apparatus.

The predecessor of the company was Suzhou Dewei Industry Co Ltd established in 1995. The company was renamed as Jiangsu Dewei Advanced Materials Co Ltd in 2001 and became a shareholding company, with a registered capital of RMB60 million. The company features several professional production lines, mainly manufacturing PVC, PE and TPE functional polymer plastic. Among these production lines, three are the BUSS closed automatic granular making production line from Swiss.

The company passed the management system certification of ISO9002, TS16949, as well as the UL Examination Institution Products Security certification of the USA. The automobile insulation materials produced by the company meet the US, German and Japanese standards. The company has set up a technology development center, equipped with sophisticated experimental apparatus and test device. The company has a strong technology team with rich experience. It maintains co-operation with several universities and colleges and invites experts in the material industry at home and abroad as its advisers in a long-term run.

Since 2001, several products of the company has been identified as key new products at the state level, such as 150 ℃ high-speed abrasion-resistant wires with thin-wall insulation for automobiles, second generation elastic composite elevator cables, silane nature cross-linkable polyethylene insulating material for wires and cables, halogen-free, flame retardant, and abrasion-resistant polymeric insulation material of high speed for automobile wires. Three of its products obtained patents of the state level, one product listed in the torch plan at the state level, and seven products recommended as high and new technology products in Jiangsu province.
