To mark the one year anniversary of the enactment of the law on the promotion of rural vitalization, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) released a new set of typical cases that have served rural vitalization in rural industrial vitalization, social governance at the grassroots level, protecting farmers' legitimate rights and interests and safeguarding rural ecology.

As the national strategy goes from macro planning to implementation, judiciaries at the grassroots level, especially the people's courts, will strive to keep pace with the times and perform their duties according to local conditions. They will serve the industries with local characteristics, improve the rural governance system that combines autonomy, the rule of law and the rule of virtue, carry out judicial services that meet the needs of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and transform lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets via rule of law.
