Ma Shizhong
Member of the Supreme People’s Court Leading Party Members Group and director of the political department of the Supreme People’s CourtMa was born in April 1962, in Weifang, Shandong province. He studied environmental science at Ocean University of China. He has a doctorate degree in engineering. Ma joined the workforce in July 1981 and the Communist Party of China in June 1985. He was a deputy to the 12th National People’s Congress, and is now a member of the Supreme People’s Court Leading Party Members Group and deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress.
