Pei Xianding

Full-time member of the Supreme People's Court judicial committee (vice-ministerial level) and Grand Justice of the second rank

Pei Xianding was born in January 1957 in Pingyao, Shanxi province. He graduated from Peking University and has a master's degree in law. Pei joined the Communist Party of China in November 1977 and began his work in August of 1982. Pei is now a full-time member (vice-ministerial level) of the judicial committee of the Supreme People's Court, president of the Criminal Adjudication Tribunal No 2 and a Grand Justice of the second rank.
