I. Talent demand

The desired talent can fall in one of the following five categories depending on academic achievement or competitive skills:

I: Member of science or engineering academy in a developed country, or of CAS, CAE, or CASS.

II: Chief expert of key State key discipline or laboratory, distinguished or lead scientist in National 10,000 Talent Program, National 1,000 Talent Program, 1,000 Talent program for Foreign Experts, chair professor or distinguished professor of Cheung Kong Scholar Program, member of national 863 or 973 Projects, lead scientist of national 863 or 973 Projects, winner of National Science Foundation award for Distinguished Junior Scientists, winner of National Science Foundation award for Distinguished International Junior Scientists, director of NSFC Innovative Research Group, National Teaching Master, or professor at top overseas university. Candidate should be below the age of 50.

III: Scientist with the “New Century 100,000-19,000 Expert Project”, chief expert of key Education Ministry laboratory, director of Education Ministry Innovative Team, associate professor at top overseas university, scientist with CAS 100 Talent Program, member of "Shanxi Scholar Support Program", or member of Scholar Support Program in related provinces. Candidate should be below the age of 50.

IV: Professor with "985 Project key Construction University", scientist with 10,000 Program for Young Top-notch Talent, junior scientist with national Funding, winner of 100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation, scientist with 1,000 Program for Junior Talent, PhD assistant professor or senior researcher with achievements at top foreign university. Candidate should be below the age of 45.

V: Associate professor with PhD from"985 Project key Construction University", nominated for 100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertation, scientist on the "New Century Excellent Talent Program" list, researcher with more than 2-years experience in postdoc program and achievements at a famous overseas university, PhD with significant research results in top foreign university. Candidate should be no more than 40 years oprinciple age.

In demand: NSFC Innovative Research Group, State-level Teaching Group, Innovative Group of Education Ministry, Key Group of Provincial Technology Innovation and Provincial University Innovation.
