Shanxi Aviation Industry Group, restructured from Shanxi Civil Aviation Airport Group, was founded on Dec 27, marking the completion of company restructuring of all provincial State-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Shanxi.
Shanxi clarified and provided policy support in aspects including disposal of SOEs' allocated land, taxation preference, and industrial and commercial registration of change, to allow more companies to enjoy benefits brought by preferential policies, according to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanxi Provincial Government.
During the SOE restructuring in 2017, 182 provincial State-owned enterprises in Shanxi was included in the restructuring list and 237 were announced insolvent, acquired or closed due to poor operation and insolvency.
