Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel features three eclectic restaurants and lounge. Celebrating Shanghai's finest dining traditions, Shang-High Cuisine serves local cuisine plus regional favorites from around China in an opulent Oriental styled dining room, plus 7 private banqueting suites.

International fine dining is the specialty of J-Mix, which offers five sophisticated dining experiences in one destination restaurant. Diners can choose their own combination menu and dining ambience from the Steakhouse, Antipasto Bar, Japanese Sushi Bar or Teppanyaki Corner. For pre- or post-prandial sipping, J-Mix's Music Bar stays open until late, accompanied by Shanghai jazz and DJ beats.

All-day interactive kitchen Arte Café & Lounge serves buffet for breakfast and a la carte with feature menus in the unique atmosphere of the 16-metre-high hotel lobby. A hip social epicenter throughout the day and evening, the Jumeirah Lobby features arty LED visuals across the ceiling and an antique Ming Dynasty pavilion hosting live performances – from traditional Chinese music during the day, to Shanghai jazz and world-class DJs as the vibe becomes lounge-y after dark.

Capitalizing on its position next to SNIEC, Shanghai's largest exhibitions venue, Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel features 1939sqm of premium meeting and conference venues. The 864sqm column-free Grand Ballroom with 12-metre-high ceilings, the highest ceiling in Shanghai, hosts Shanghai’s premier banquets, cocktail parties and conferences for up to 800 guests. A second ballroom and seven multi-functional meeting rooms cater to between 20 and 350 guests and are equipped with high-tech audio-visual equipment, complimentary high-speed Internet and abundant natural light.
