The Yuniao River in Yantai, Shandong province is now at its most beautiful, as the trees along the river begin to change color in early winter.

Redwoods stand tall against the banks of the river, their reflections on the water surface resembling a brightly-colored oil painting.

The Yuniao River, whose name alludes to an abundance of fish and birds in Chinese, is located at the junction of Mouping district and the Yantai High-tech Zone.
