Jiang Ning is a famous bamboo flute performer and serves as the director of the Bamboo Flute Society of Chinese Musicians Association. He is a bamboo flute teacher at Tianjin Conservatory of Music.

Jiang has performed with many leading domestic orchestras, including the China Philharmonic Orchestra, China National Symphony Orchestra, Macao Orchestra and China National Orchestra. He also performed with a number of foreign groups from countries such as Russia, Canada, Australia, France and the United Kingdom.
