An e-business platform, jointly built by a Chinese and a South Korean company, was recently registered in the modern agricultural demonstration area of Qingdao, reported the Qingdao Daily.

The $20 million project will target second-, third- and fourth-tier cities in China, working on online-to-offline, consumer-to-consumer, business-to-customer and business-to-business models.

The platform’s functions will cover online buying and social networking services to meet residents’ daily requirements.
