Hongyan Wonderland scenic spot is 50 kilometers from Jingdezhen city and 38 kilometers from Leping city. It is a national AAAA-level tourism destination, provincial level forest park, and one of the top 10 sceneries of Jingdezhen city.

Hongyan Wonderland is a karst cave formed about 100 million years ago. The scenic spot is about 40,000 square kilometers. The karst cave grotto is 100,000 square meters and stretches 2,000 meters long.

The cave is pervaded with stalactites in the shape of a 38-meter-high pillar, human-faced lion, and Avalokitesvara in lotus seat among others.

There are many historical sites outside the cave, including the ancient residence site, Honghao School site of Southern Song Dynasty, Iron Well Fountain site of Ming Dynasty, and archaeological site of the modern Chinese-American agricultural archaeological exploration team. The scenic spot has 9.3 hectares of picturesque stone forest and ancient pavilions, which is the home to countless ancient trees, rare fowls and animals, wild flowers and chirping birds.

Traffic: Set out from Nanchang city, and go by Jingdezhen city via Yugan Huangjinbu Bridge, to arrive at Wuyuan. There are shuttle buses at the northern station that travel nonstop to the scenic spot. Head north on North Wengong Road, keeping an eye out for direction boards.

Set out from Jingdezhen, and travel along the No 206 national highway that arrives at Leping city. Travel further on the Leping-Dexing provincial highway. Divert at Leping Guanzhuang gas station, facing north there should be a memorial archway that says "Hongyuan Scenic Resorts”, head towards that and you will soon arrive at Hongyan town.

The destination has a three-star hotel, an ideal place for vacationing.
