Professional Dedication Award – Cao Dongsheng

Cao Dongsheng, a police officer at the city's Jinfeng police station, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2010, but despite the illness he never left his post. With a large floating population in his jurisdiction area, Cao set up a small task force to maintain safety and security in the area. As of 2015, the crime rate in the district had fallen by 36 percent.
