Songya Lake Wetland Park in Changsha county is a perfect autumn resort to enjoy the tranquil beauty of the lakes and surrounding landscapes.

Honored as the largest inland beach across the country, Jinsha Silver Beach covers a total area of 32,000 square meters with its shores stretching 600 meters. It's reported that the sand itself has been shipped in from the Taiwan Strait, some 2,000 kilometers away.

In addition to the soft sandy beach, the wetland park is well-equipped with various amenities to satisfy the demands of all ages, such as playgrounds for basketball, skateboarding and tennis, and even a children's amusement park, as well as having exercise equipment for the seniors.

More than 100 varieties of vegetation have been planted in the wetland garden, with a vast area of coconut and date trees casting shade for those wishing for a cool spot to rest.
