Launch of CGGC's W-A road project in Ethiopia

On Oct 17, the W-A (Wolkite-Arekit) road project contracted by CGGC was launched.
The Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, Deputy Director-General of Road Bureau Ethiopia, Mayor of Wolkite and heads of CGGC attended the launching ceremony together with over 200 other guests.
As the first bid of the Wolkite-Hosaina road project in Ethiopia, this project is 58.5 kilometers long and located in the centre of the Gurage Zone approximately 180 kilometers southwest to Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia. When completed, the road will help to improve the connection of various parts of the Gurage Zone.
