CGGC International enhancing “Civilization Building”

In order to achieve the goal of developing overseas market in high speed, strengthen the project management of project under construction, perfect internal management system of the company, and cultivate characteristic company culture.
CGGC International registered and established in January 2006 at Beijing, is a young company with 8 project managements for the projects at abroad, possessed more than 160 employees with an average age of 34, 85 percent of them graduated from university. At the beginning of establishment, the company management paied close attention of “Civilization Building”, processing all kinds of activities regarding “Civilization Building”, enhancing the quality of employees, proceeding with a series of system reform, establishing a harmonious environment, CGGC International was developing in high speed.
In 2006, CGGC International completed the production value of 1.036 billion yuan ($170.65 million) , amounts to 138 percent of the same index in 2005. At the same time, CGGC International won six bids for the overseas project, with a total bid amount of 3.5 billion yuan（$576.51 million) , twice of the bid amount in 2005. Meanwhile, it achieved the net profit of 3.82 million yuan ($629.22 thousand), average net profile of 20 thousand yuan ($3.29 thousand） per person, reached a preferable profit level. The quality and progress of the constructed project are both well, received highly praises of the Leader and Department of the Local Government for several times, thus CGGC has become one of the most welcome company in many counties.
In 2006, CGGC International carried out the activity of creating civilized working area as well as teams and groups, enhanced the consiciousness of civilized production for the staffs. The company created a culture atmosphere with its own characteristic by making all kinds of facilities perfect and carrying out regularly culture and physical activities. Before Spring Festival, the company held a symposium for the family members of the staffs in overseas project, extended their regards and made videorecord for the family members of the staffs, sent blessing of their family members to the staffs in aboard. It strengthened the coagulation capacity of the company and developed harmoniously and healthily.
