NOAH Private Wealth Management will set up its East China headquarters in Huaqiao.
The facilities comprise East China’s regional business settlement center, customer data management center, customer service and global high-end training center. It will transform from fund cooperation to all-round cooperation.
The signing ceremony was attended by Zhu Xiaoming, president of the China Europe International Business School; Guan Aiguo, secretary of the Kunshan municipal Party Committee; Shen Huafei, deputy director of Huaqiao economic development zone management committee; Wang Jingbo, co-founder and president of NOAH Private Wealth Management; and Shi Yi, general manager of Lilly Asia Venture Capital Fund, among other guests.
NOAH Private Wealth Management, proficient at financial product screening, was founded in 2003. It is China’s largest third-party financial consultant institution. In Oct. 2007, Sequoia Capital, the biggest venture capital institution of the United States, injected assets into NOAH Private Wealth Management, which in turn unveiled a new round of expansions for the business. On Nov 10, 2010, NOAH Private Wealth Management was listed in the New York Stock Exchange, making it the first Chinese third-party financial transactions business floating its shares into the stock market. On April 28 this year, NOAH Private Wealth Management settled Jingzhao Fund, its first private equity, in Huaqiao. Soon afterwards, it founded Gefei Fund, a mother fund specialized in investing in private equity.
Since launching cooperation with Huaqiao in April, NOAH Private Wealth Management has facilitated two funds to land in Huaqiao. They have registered several billion yuan capital in the city and the funds may expand from five billion to ten billion yuan by the end of the year.
