On June 18, the BOC Services Company Kunshan Branch, located in the financial services outsourcing base of Huaqiao International Service Business Park, celebrated its first anniversary.
The BOC Services Company Kunshan Branch is a joint venture between Bank of China and Hong Kong BOC Credit Card (International). Its prime purpose is to provide high quality and professional outsourcing services to Chinese financial institutions.
In the past year, its East Business Centre has accomplished the transformation from interim operation to base operation. With rapid development, it has advanced in three aspects: business scale, business cooperation and economic revenue.
On June 18, BOC Services Company Kunshan Branch was fully put into operation, an important extension of the BPO industry. As the first domestic financial services outsourcing business, the BOC Services Company Kunshan Branch enjoys much advantage in investment. Currently it’s working with other regional financial BPOs to establish cooperative environment.
