Huaqiao Economic Development zone’s turnover for commercial housing totaled 1.3 billion in January.
2190 suites of commercial houses, with acreage of 178.8 thousand square meters, were sold.
Among them, 1540 suites were used as residences, 422 for businesses and 228 for factoies, accounting for 21.2%, 40.2% and 80% of the whole Kunshan city respectively.
