Huaqiao International Service Business Park was awarded the title of “2009 China Top FBSI Outsourcing Base” during the 6th China International Finance Forum held in Pudong Shanghai on October 24 and 25, 2009. The forum’s theme is “Economic Growth and Finance Innovation in Financial Crisis”.

The award, handed out at the ceremony for the 2009 China Finance Investment Award, confirms Huaqiao’s superb environment and policy advantages for the FBSI outsourcing industry.
The biggest manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta Region, Huaqiao International Service Business Park was built in east Jiangsu’s Kunshan near Shanghai as its main battlefield in constructing the “Financial Silicon Valley”.
A group of industrial leaders in FBSI outsourcing have set up headquarters or opened branches at Huaqiao, including France-based Capgemini, China Data Group, Jiangsu Yuanyang Data Processing Co Ltd and BOC Services Company Ltd Kunshan Branch.
Guangdong High-tech Service Zone for Financial Institutions also won the award for “2009 China Top FBSI Outsourcing Base”.
The Guangdong Financial Hi-tech Service Zone is situated in Nanhai district in the city of Foshan, a 40-minutes’ drive from the city centre of Guangzhou, located right between Guangzhou and Foshan.
The financial hi-tech service zone is positioned as a base for data processing centers, call centers and emergency support centers of large foreign, Hong Kong and Macau financial institutions based in Guangdong. It is also set up as the business centre for regional headquarters of financial institutions in Foshan.
Other awards presented included China Top Ten New Financial City, China Best Retailing Bank, China Best Private Bank, China Best Domestic Funds and China Best Finance Innovation Award.
