Two-way pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete track slabs designed for high-speed rails that were independently developed by Zhengtie Sanjia Co. Ltd. have been honored as one of the Key National New Products of 2011.
The Key National New Product program, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, is an important part of China’s science and technology planning system.
The program aims to encourage homegrown innovation and boost the industrialization of technological achievements in an effort to drive the adjustment of industrial structure, spur the transformation of the economic growth pattern, and enhance China's ability to innovate.
It is the first time Ruzhou has been rewarded the honor. In recent years, in the field of Ruzhou porcelain, a pillar and unique industry of Ruzhou, companies have started to apply more independent intellectual property to enhance their competitiveness. In addition, patent applications in Ruzhou have increased significantly.
Several industries and companies with patents have now been founded, including Yusong Ruzhou Porcelain, Tianrui Casting, Tianrui Cement, Minxin Technology, Mengxiang Food and Julong Flour. Some have evolved into well-known brands in the Henan province, including Mengxiang Food, Julong Flour and Tianrui Cement.
