Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently won first place in the 2021 provincial evaluation of government affairs services and business environment.
Since the beginning of last year, Guiyang has been upgrading its government affairs service halls and online services. Now all government affairs are available online, 1,848 of which can be done in just one step, 3,635 can be done anywhere in the province, and 6,700 can be done outside the province.
In 2021, Guiyang processed 1.96 million government affairs applications from inside and outside the province, put 13 24-hour government affairs service stations into use, and constructed government affairs service halls in 144 towns and townships and service stations in 1,549 villages and residential communities.
In the future, Guiyang will continue to improve its government affairs services to save on time and money for applicants and optimize the sharing of government data to provide standardized and convenient government services.
