Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, signed an agreement to establish a government affairs cooperation alliance with nine areas on Nov 18.
The areas include Weinan city in Northwest China's Shaanxi province, Zhenjiang city in East China's Jiangsu province, Liangshang Yi autonomous prefecture and Nanchong city in Southwest China's Sichuan province, Lhasa in Southwest China's Tibet autonomous region, Cocodala city in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, Yueyang city in Central China's Hunan province, Changshou district in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, and Huludao city in Northeast China's Liaoning province.
With help from online government affairs service platforms, the 10 areas will allow their citizens to submit government affairs applications outside their registered permanent residence.
By the end of 2022, individuals and enterprises will be able to apply for administrative examination and approval, public services, public resource trade and online supervision in the 10 areas.
The alliance will make government affairs services more convenient, allow for the sharing and exchange of government data, and optimize business environments.
