In recent years, Guizhou has continuously advanced the construction of digital villages under its big data strategy. Efforts have been made to address the special needs of village women and support small and medium-sized enterprises. Such efforts will contribute to be inclusive and sustainable.
Over the past three decades or more, APEC cooperation has continued to deepen, making substantial progress on many fronts. Every economy within APEC needs to pursue innovation-driven growth by applying new technologies, strengthen digital infrastructure to close the digital divide.
