The International Green Economy and Technology Innovation Forum, one of the professional forums of the 2019 Big Data Expo, will be held at the Guiyang International Eco-conference Center, Guiyang, Guizhou province on May 27.
Green finance was first postulated by British economist David Pearce in 1989 and has become a new direction for global development, as it aims to realize sustainable development without degrading the environment.
While sharing their experience in the global green economy, the participating guests will also explore the possibilities of applying green economy principles in the big data era, discuss the challenges and opportunities of the green economy, as well as offer suggestions for Guizhou's big data development.
Ma Weihua, a famous Chinese economist, Viktor Mayer-Schonberger, a professor at Oxford University, Devanand Ramiah, country director for UNDP, Luca Crisciotti, CEO of DNV GL, and Mike Zhuang, chief strategy officer of VeChain Tech, will attend the forum.
