2) Approval document issued by the approval authority (duplicates of official reply and approval certificate);

3) Contract and articles of association;

4) Notification of name pre-approval;

5) Investor's legal business certificate and credit certificate;

6) Photocopies of appointment documents and proof of identification for directors, supervisors and managers;

7) Certificate of using the domicile

8) Capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification institution;

9) Pre-approval document or certificate;

10) Other relevant documents and certificates.
