The Guiyang people's government, Kaiyang people's government and CITIC Trust signed a strategic cooperation agreement of rural land transfer on January 23.
The agreement involves ecological agriculture, tourism and travel. It is the first strategic cooperation agreement of rural land transfer in Guizhou.

"The scientifically arranged land circulation plan and the customized trust products enable farmers to be the real beneficiaries," said Pu Jian, CEO of CITIC Trust.
Pu said,"With financial development, the scale of land circulation and modern agriculture can really develop."

Liu Wenxin, acting mayor in Guiyang, is confident in the cooperation. He said the effort will create the financial means to help farmers become rich.
