The ongoing Guiyang International Big Data Expo, in the city of Guiyang, Guizhou province had a press release, on May 25, to announce the publication of a book on Guiyang's big data industry that is coming out soon, to give readers a larger picture of the city's big data development in the past several years.

Yang Qing, the head of the Guiyang Federation of Social Science, explains that the book contains 30 papers, speeches and interviews related to the Guiyang big data industry from the past two years, in four chapters to give the views of big data professionals, researchers, students and locals involved in the business.
It provides a record of the city's big data development in the area of economics, culture, education, the media, public security, health, tourism and social science.
