Guiyang and 360buy signed a strategic cooperation agreement on September 7.

360buy will build the Guiyang-Jingdong e-commerce industrial park in the nucleus of the electronic business logistics area, Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, with an investment of 1 billion yuan ($163.5 million).
The e-commerce industrial park will help 360buy optimize its network layout, reduce costs in warehousing and distribution, and promote development.

The company will also help Guiyang speed up economic and social development and industrial upgrading and optimization.
Zhao Guoqing said that the Guiyang-Jingdong e-commerce industrial park will radiate its influence into Southeast Asia thanks to the unique regional advantages in Guiyang.
"As an ecological city, Guiyang is more suited to the development of e-commerce. Compared with physical stores, online stores conserve energy and protect the environment, especially in terms of energy, logistics and manual work. This is why 360buy chose Guiyang," said Zhao.
