The Inorganic Powder Recycled Paper Comprehensive Project covers building production facilities that will have an annual output capacity of 400,000 metric tons of calcite fine powder and superfine powder, as well as 360,000 tons of inorganic powder recycled paper at the Longma Industrial Park in Nandan county, Hechi.

The total investment set to be introduced is 1.6 billion yuan ($227.98 million). Investors can enjoy the related preferential policies of Nandan county. After completion, the project is expected to have an annual output value of 3.6 billion yuan.

The total reserves of calcium carbonate resources in Nandan county amount to more than 90 million tons, which are the principal raw material for inorganic powder recycled paper.

The production of recycled paper requires no forest and water resources, as well as generates no waste gas, waste water, and waste materials. Coupled with being biodegradable, recycled paper is truly an environmental protection project.
