III. Project content, construction scale and location:
The Qishan holiday resort, located between Shangjie Town and Nanyu Town of Minhou County, is expected to comprise a religious and culture pilgrimage quarter, humanistic experience quarter, natural landscape quarter, agri-tourism quarter, and leisure fitness quarter. The resort will be 23 square kilometers in total area.
IV. Purpose and condition to construct the project
Qishan Holiday Resort is placed in Nanyu Town of Minhou County, 15 kilometers away from Fuzhou, adjoining the No.316 National Highway. Qishan is a place propitious for giving birth to great men. People of talents are coming forth in large numbers. It abounds in rare cultural relics of the old days. It is particularly known for the unique granite landscape. The resort contains large-scale bases for fruits, woods, animal husbandry, fishing and vegetables, making it an admirable choice in the suburb of Fuzhou for sightseeing, entertainment and body building. It is noted for wonder stones, secluded caves, and multiple temple sites. The area has been developed for the early stage, furnishing a footpath to climb the mountain for sightseeing.
V. Economic benefits of the project
The project has a total investment of 18 million yuan. It is able to receive 100,000 tourists annually. It will take about five years to recoup the investment.

Overall tourism planning and resources investigation have been completed for the Qishan Holiday Resort project.
